- 1 small diced onion
- 3 stalks diced celery
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1-tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 2-tablespoon sage seasoning
- 2-tablespoon sage seasoning
- 5 cups chicken stock, home made or store bought
- 1 pkg frozen egg noodles
- Sauté first 7 ingredients in stockpot until onion and celery are tender. Add chicken broth and bring to light boil. Add noodle and simmer on very low heat for 30 minutes with lid on.
